Super Talent has launched  new SSDs for high end enterprise and database server applications.It is known as  TeraDrive FT2(TeraDrive).Has read and write speeds of up to 250MB/sec.TeraDrive FT2 has up to 30,000 IOPS(I/O operations per second).This SATA 3Gbps SSD has its roots in the SandForce SF-1500 SSD processor.This SSDs will come in MLC or SLC NAND flash,and will range from 50GB to 200GB in terms of capacity.
